Staff members of Ombudsman visited Baku Investigatory Isolator

Staff members of
Ombudsman visited Baku Investigatory Isolator of Penitentiary Service of the
Ministry of Justice.
Nigar Yagublu, detained in Isolator,
didn’t complain of detention condition and treatment. Proper condition had been
created for meeting with her advocates and there is no problem about getting
brought newspapers she told.
Staff members visited her
camera. N.Yagublu notified that her requests to the interrogator have been
ineffective and she asked for helping to meet with her family members.
Avaz Zeynalli didn’t complain
of detention condition of investigatory isolator however she complained of
waiting-room of Baku Court of Grave Crimes.
Ombudsman appealed to Absheron
District Prosecutor office for the purpose of enable her to meet with her
parents in compliance with Law.
The Commissioner charged staff
members to visit waiting-room of Baku Court of Grave Crimes in the nearest
future.
