BAKU/01.04.10/TURAN: Illegal drugs have been
transferred into prisons at least ten times in the first quarter of 2010,
according to the Penitentiary Service.
The
report says that 49.4 grams of heroine, 3.9
grams of marihuana and
10 grams of opium were brought in. The relevant bodies have been
informed of these facts, but it remains unclear how the drugs were transferred
to the jails in the first place.
