According to the Commissioner’s
instructions, the members of the NPM group conducted repeated visit to the
penitentiary No.8 of the Ministry of Justice Penitentiary Service. It should be
noted the situation got better; the facility was repaired following the
recommendations after the first visit.
The members of CPT (Committee for Prevention of Torture) also considered the
results of the monitoring, the condition and treatment in the facility
satisfactory.
Necessary recommendations were given for improvement of imprisonment
